Time Commitment: To ensure a meaningful and engaging experience for all participants, we ask that you set aside 1 to 2 hours of preparation before each session. In total, please plan to commit approximately 40 hours for in-class participation and an additional 5 to 10 hours for outside-of-class preparation. This investment will help you make the most of this experience.
Exact Hours: The exact hours of the training may vary slightly depending on the scheduling constraints of specific venues. We will try to adhere to the advertised hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM as closely as possible.
Contingency Operations Policy: If an in-person class is unable to meet due to inclement weather or other challenging conditions, the class will likely be held virtually; rescheduling may also be considered with full group consensus.
Registration Cancelation Policy: If you must cancel your registration and do so at least one week prior to the start of the training, you will only be charged an administrative fee of $75. If you are a confirmed registrant and cancel less than one week prior to the start of the training, we cannot provide a refund of your registration. Registrations are transferrable, so you could send someone in your place.
Series Cancelation Policy: If the Resolution Center cancels a series, registrants will be encouraged to move their registration to a future series. If that is not possible, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Class Size Policy: If the minimum class size of 10 people is not reached 1 week prior to the first day of training, the Resolution Center may cancel that specific series.
